Eligibility

Benefits begin on the first of the month following 30 days of employment. For managers, benefits begin on the next first of the month. Part-time employees are eligible to participate in Basic Life & AD&D insurance, Voluntary Life and Accident insurance only.

If you don’t enroll by the date when your benefits will go into effect, you will not have the opportunity to do so until
the next open enrollment period, unless you have a Qualifying Life Event.​

Eligible dependents include: (1) Your legal spouse or domestic partner; and (2) Your children up to age 26. Only those dependents who meet the eligibility requirements can enroll for coverage.
