This confidential program is available to employees, household family members, and dependents, and offers professional support, helpful resources, and referrals for a wide range of personal and work-life concerns.

5 free counseling sessions each year

Through the EAP, you and your eligible household family members have access to 5 free counseling sessions per year at no cost to you. Support is available for concerns such as:

Anxiety
Depression
Relationship challenges
Substance use concerns
Work-related stress
Other personal challenges

Counseling may be available in person, by phone, or by video. The program is completely confidential.

Need help right away? Master's-level counselors and work/life specialists are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to answer questions, offer in-the-moment support, and connect you to helpful resources.

More than counseling

In addition to counseling sessions, the EAP includes support and referrals in a variety of areas, including:

Work/life support and referrals
Help finding resources such as childcare, eldercare, fitness centers, colleges, adoption services, relocation services, pet care, home repair services, and more.

Caregiver support
Guidance and referrals for childcare, summer camps, after-school activities, backup care, assisted living, and in-home care for older adults.

Legal consultation
A free 30-minute consultation with a lawyer for most non-work-related legal matters, plus a discount on additional services if needed.

Financial consultation
A free 30-minute phone consultation with a financial expert for help with budgeting, debt management, retirement preparation, and other financial questions.

Online tools and resources
Access to webinars, self-assessments, articles, podcasts, legal and financial forms, calculators, and other helpful tools.
